- THREE-FOURTHS GUARANTEE: Workers will be offered employment for a total number of work hours equal to at least three-fourths of the workdays of the total period that begins with the first workday after the arrival of the worker at the place of employment or the advertised contractual first date of need, whichever is later, and ends on the expiration date specified in the work contract or in its extensions, if any.
- Transportation and Subsistence: If the worker completes 50 percent of the work contract period, the employer will provide, reimburse, or advance payment for the worker’s transportation and subsistence from the place of recruitment to the place of work. Upon completion of the work contract or where the worker is dismissed earlier, the employer will provide or pay for the worker’s reasonable costs of return transportation and subsistence back home or to the place the worker originally departed to work, except where the worker will not return due to subsequent employment with another employer or where the employer has appropriately reported a worker’s voluntary abandonment of employment. The amount of transportation payment or reimbursement will be equal to the most economical and reasonable common carrier for the distances involved.

The Avionic Technician is responsible for installing, inspecting, troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining avionics systems and components on small commercial aircraft to ensure their reliability, airworthiness, and compliance with FAA regulations. This role requires a minimum of two (2) years of experience as an avionics technician on Cessna Caravan 208 or similar aircraft, and an High School Diploma (may be foreign equivalent). Duties include installing, testing, calibrating, and repairing avionics systems such as radios, autopilot systems, GPS, transponders, navigation instruments, weather radar, flight control systems, and flight management systems; diagnosing and isolating malfunctions using oscilloscopes, multimeters, data buses, test equipment, technical manuals, schematics, and other diagnostic tools; performing operational checks, system calibrations, and preventative maintenance; reading and interpreting maintenance manuals, wiring diagrams, blueprints, and technical drawings to determine repair procedures; modifying or upgrading existing systems as required by company needs or regulatory changes; ensuring proper routing, secure installation, and protection of wiring and connectors to prevent interference or system faults; documenting all inspections, maintenance actions, and repairs in accordance with FAA and company policies; and collaborating with maintenance personnel to coordinate aircraft readiness and resolve system issues during scheduled and unscheduled maintenance. The position may require travel to Tinian International Airport and Rota International Airport at the employer’s expense to perform avionics maintenance and repairs. This role demands a high level of technical expertise, precision, problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently or as part of a maintenance team in a fast-paced aviation environment.
